T-OM Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 from reading the title you probably think i'm a sick werdo, but no, i have a problem with my nuts on my back axle of my bike. every time i try to screw them on the thread just flakes out and now i'm on my second pair and it's started to happen again so i have stopped trying to put them on and thought i would get some advice from you guys first. Posted November 25, 2006 Report Share Posted November 25, 2006 (edited) definately cross threaded it, get a steal axle there the best, what back wheel is it btw, maybe able to tell you where to buy a new one? aslo there axle are very simple to remove, just un-screw the cone bolt all the way of the axle and it will slide out!
