Fixed Sprocket Spinning

right i have a front freewheel and a fixed sprocket on the back , i have been riding it like this for about 3 weeks now with no problems then today i went for a gap and my cranks span and my wheel went no wear and i landed flat like i was going to front wheel.

so then i tried to ride it cos i thought maybe my freewheel skipped but instead it was like when you first put a freewheel on and it is tightening up, but obviously it was already tightened as I've been riding it for awhile.

anyway the cranks go around and the chain moves but the wheel stays still so its the fixed sprocket moving , am i right ?

its a dmr revolver hub which i bought from leisure lakes and a surly sprocket which i bought from tarty bikes so I'm not sure who i should contact or which parts a fault.

i would appreciate any advice from you guys.

new hub time? the threads have stripped, dmr dont have replacable thread, they did do disk mounts like that, but not any more I dont think.

what , so is this a warranty thing ? surely it is I've only had the hub about 2 months at most , do you think dmr will replace it ?

cheers for the advice btw
