grantham
yep comas is a beast at sidehopping, got to watch him do the sidehop competition in spain at the world cup and he really did piss all over hermance, comas has an excellent technique, so effortless, where hermance and the other riders were really straining. Ill dig some pictures out if i can find them. Think scott can remember how high he was doing as well so ill check that with him

omgnoseat
Not at all accurate but I guess what he's sidehopping onto is about 1.5m. Blame who made the video, and not Dani himself, he's an utter beast.Edit: also, an inch is 2,54cm not 2,5cmi'm always looking to objects in relation to the wheel size, and it looks abit like 60'' indeed, but monty front rims are 20'', so i don't think you should have takes the tire in comparasion (is this even a word?) aswell. RobinJI
20" refers to the outside diameter of the wheel including tyre. And yeah, 165cm (or 1.65m/1650mm) is indeed 65" not 66, as said above, 25.4mm=1", so 1650/24.5=64.9609"Whatever height it is, hats off to him!!! oakley
It clearly states the sidehop is 1.65 M (m= metres). So its just over 4ft.Dan.no its not, 4 foot is 48 inch!and i can enarly sideho that!!!rofl
Tony Harrison
Why does it matter what number it is? Is that the only thing that qualifies it?Look! It's a damn big sidehop! Can't we leave it at that? Why does everything have to be compared with measurements?
Walleee
Why does it matter what number it is? Is that the only thing that qualifies it?Look! It's a damn big sidehop! Can't we leave it at that? Why does everything have to be compared with measurements?Because it's more accurate obviously, it would be like making a recipe saying 'a handful of flour, a palmful of sugar, and two finger pinches of salt' It doesnt quantify it enough to be of any use, in the same way people interpret a 'big' sidehop differantly.
