Synergy
only joking my topic is for stock riders, my mate sometimes hits his tensioner and bangs it out of place or bens the mech hanger, i was wondering is there any protection you can get for it? i work at halfords and on the kiddies bike they have like a metal bar to stop it hitting ground when you throw your bike down? its a bit nmc this but is there anything like that or has anyone got home made bodges that work?ps sorry about the title i was just tempted. paolo
Damn... there's a canadian company who makes virtually inderstructable hangers out of stainless steel, I sadly don't remember their name [yes I tried google]... Other way would obviously to ride without the hanger, horizontal drop-outs, sadly not very popular on trials frames or a half linked chain... Krisboats
Onza make that hanger banger thing, never tried/seen one but there on tarty's if you want to have a look. Alternatively look into a steel mech hanger? Iolo or edd potts could sort you one out.
