hay will the gusset single speed cog fit a king free hub body thingy as i am re building bike and its hard to do. i can get it on a normal hub liek a deor come to king its hard i could hammer it on i gues. Also when i do put it one a normal hub it kinda moves a little bit. If that doesnt work i may just cut up a casset and use the 16 tooth off that.

ok i have it on but has a 2mm movemnet back and forth in it if i put the spacers on and tighten up will it be ok

My surly one wobbles a bit too when its not done up, as soon as i did it up it was more or less held in place, think of it this way mate, the cogs only ever going to be pulled in one direction so wobblage wont matter after you've ridden it a few minutes. My surlys wobbly on a hope XC too if that helps.
