Louth Trials
Try hitting a srewdriver into it so it makes a groove and then undo it with the screwdriver. This happened to my top cap bolt as it was made out of chocolate. lol

Fixed Pantsâ„¢
Helicoiling? I think it's pretty easy and have had a quick search on google, and the helicoiling sets are about a tenner each... or i expect theres a trade in helicoiling so someone professional might be able to do it. Simpson
Helicoiling? Helicoiling is for replacing the thread on a bolt with an insert through drilling it out and inserting a new threadhoweverit wont help you get the bolt out........ Helicoiling wont get the bolts out? Helicoiling is for of you've stripped the threads, you drill the hole out slightly bigger, then insert the helicoil - a strong, steel thread. No chance of stripping one of those. If you're confident enough, get a small drill bit, and drill down the bolt, then get the a slightly bigger drill bit, mind you don't drill the threads of the hole out!And it should just fall apart... Ben Beckett
What?!put shit loads of tape around the allen key, and some in the bolt, this should be really stiff which should grip and turn the bolt.
Dan6061
You could glue an allen key to the bolt?Like the tape idea I guess...
