Broomer
has any one else experienced bending middle burn crank arms?, because last night landed a 4ft drop a tad harshly and i believe i have slightly bent my left hand crank arm. if so is it worth bothering with warranty even if its covered?i weigh about 11 stone and the bolts were tightened that evening Edited November 9, 2006 by Broomer
F-Stop Junkie
How bent? In what direction?Certainly worth a warrenty claim if you're the original owner...
Jamie_Neal
Yep, done that. Well, twisted a bit. Just enough so it was really annoying. The warrenty is definatly worth trying if you've got the receipt (if not still give them a ring) as mine were replaced within a week. MikeCottTrials
ive done the same with my echo cranks but i think its been caused be repeated abuse rather than one particular thing. not sure what to do, i reckon il just ride on em till they break then replace them with some decent ones
