Ross McArthur
hey, everyone nowadays seems to be going for a change in there bike designs imo, in other words there short bike frames have snapped or somthing of the sort and they seem to be going for a longer bike frame...usually by the looks of things on the forum people have longer bikes instesd of short bikes. so what i was wondering if this seems clear enuf.... is has anyone went from a long bike with a high bb to a short bike with a low or level bb? and how does it feel for anyone? or does anyone have an opinion on how it might feel?what tricks or stunts as the neds call them might be easyer???? T-BAD
short + lower bb will make spins and the likes ALOT easier.longer + higer bb will make natural easier. i think...its all down to personal preference really...
Jsy Ben
Know its not exactly the answer your looking to find, but it might help all the same in some sort of way lol.I went from a Pashley Ghz , 0 bb rise, 1045 wheelbase to a 0 bb rise but 1090 Echo Control.Personally i would describe the Pashley as being a "fun" bike as it was always really flicky and enabled technical "funny" joined up runs/moves whereas the Control is more serious and i ride it purley to go bigger and further really for progression purposes almost. Pashley = fun, Control = serious. Edited November 4, 2006 by jersey rider
