I've got the same problem with my race face prodigy cranks and dh bb, on my jump bike that is really cant figure out what it is they sit nicely on the bb too and nothings loose bb wise so its puzzling. Although age could come into it, my crankset is about a year and a half maybe 2 years old though now...

Ive got some ISIS hussefelts and they keep coming loose and now are getting near the ends. I can't think why though :S Obviosuly theres no bodge but ive never had this problem with my last hussefelts.

they are suposed to press against the bit on the axle , the cranks are suposed to press up against the axle spacer

It just seems weird as my last ones didnt. Atleast now it only seems the bolts are coming loose and not the cranks working further on. Need some threadlock in the bolts.

sometimes when cranks are new they dont press right upgainst. due to a tight spline, just tighten yours very tight and try to get it as far is as possible. shouldnt work loose then
