craigjames
damn nice pedals got em on my fuill sus, the bearings are only basic, the 5050 xx's come with better bearings. and i found that wiht the standard short pins your foot sat on the pedal body a lot, so i got the longer pins for em. damn good really...... but only as good as a v8's i got on my pashleycraig

Ali C
atomlabs! seen the new £25 ones that are comming out? only basic bearings, but dam they look nice, really thin! Any atomlab pedal really though, they are all cool.
David
Gusset Slim Jim pedals - £30 - Sealed Bearings, better then V8's, about 10g lighter then V8's so not heavy, fully replaceable pins. Sweet

Walleee
Im a devotee of the good ole original V8, ok they may require a bit of work every now and again, but they are just great. I wouldn't own a bike with anything else...
TheMunn
The crankbro pedals are very good, I use them on my 4X bike, plenty grippy but they are quite large, i'm not sure i'd want to use them on a trials bike.
RobinJI
Good luck getting hold of those atomlab G.I.s by the way, apparently they haven't even seen a single set in the UK other than the protos and the early examples they gave to the reps. I would love some when they come into the UK though, I'm just gunna use my full-susers V8s until they do probably.
Tall_Rob
Those 50/50 are not worth the money.V12 are alot nice, smoother and have better grip.50/50's are over rated. In 'what mountain bike' magazine, they came second to the V12Your choice though my friend.Rob
poopipe
another vote for slim jims like v8/v12 but much more comfortable - seem to be holding up to a fair bit of abuse so far as well
Brian Bleech
Lewis in leeds uses the crank bros one, they look nice but have crap grip and creak!Gusset ones are nice and check out the new Animal Steven Hamilton pedals , they look good! poopipe
Magnesium or standard?? ( slim jims )I got the cheapest ones (alu, unsealed) cos I kill pedals . they're holding up pretty well though - I've had a couple months out of them so far with nooo problems at all (unlike v8s)

Jang
You just can't beat Shimano DX pedals.. 4 sealed bearings, replaceable pins.. Grip whatever trainer, whatever weather... Take a smash and a half and still ask for more..Had them on 5 bikes now.. Never busted a set (one i used for just over a year)Had two sets of V8s, borrowed some V12's and bent the left one, smashed through some old skool caged pedals..DX is where its at.(Only thing to come out of the shimano factory i'll actually touch btw.. The rest of the stuff is utter shite)
