Ben Geary Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 You need a vice and a old chain, wrap the chain round the cog so no teeth are showing then clamp it tight in the vice. Get a scafold tube or something along the lines that will slide onto the crank arm for more leverage and then just pull hard.
