SuperDeathMonkey
hows the try-all freewheel doing?a mint bike all you need is a monty stem then it would look the part.

Walleee
Those rims are standard on the 221Ti, which is full disk, so the sidewalls don't need to be brushed. It could be done with some sand papaer if you wanted to run a magura i'd imagine.no there try all rimsSo they are, point remains the same.... AdamR28
ahhhh 07 ZOO! bars! awful, no rise on them I much prefer them to the older version, the sweep on those give me wrist pain.Looks good Adam, how does it ride?Really good so far, still getting used to it, but its really nimble and flicky, finding it more fun than 26" for now...Why is your sidewall on the rear rim not brushed The latest batches of Try-All rims don't have the sidewalls brushed since the Koxx bikes are soon to be available with rear disc mounts (as far as we have been told) - and obviously un-brushed sidewalls look a lot better!looks lovely but please change bars, stem and forks for monty ones! Putting zoo and echo on a monty is like putting neons on a DB9!! It just doesnt go!Other than that looks well noice! The bike was built around a pretty tight budget and I went for the best value parts I could find for myself - can't really fault the Lite forks (light, stiff, strong) and my wrists don't agree with the sweep/rise on Monty bars... therefore I needed a higher stem too. What made you choose the Try-all rims over the new monty ones?Looks mint. The Monty rear disc hubs are 36h only, and the Monty rims are 32h... also the front Monty rims are 28h and the Echo Disc hubs are only in 32h! I also prefer the rims to be a little wider.hows the try-all freewheel doing?a mint bike all you need is a monty stem then it would look the part. Freewheel's been great, I love the quick engagement and its not even clunked so far, very impressed!Cheers for the comments guys, *might* try some Monty bars at some point, but I would like a bit more width and I'm not sure how my wrists will cope Will try and shoot some video soon too!Adam

Shaun H
Nice, even for a mod... Are those new levers with Mono Trial calipers? Or is it the Moto caliper? Any feedback yet?
Ashley Smith
the moto lever is being used with the mono trialthe other lever which has not got bite point adjustment is just a new mono mini lever but redesignedall the callipers which have 25 mm pistons ( the moto and the trials calliper) will use the new moto leverash
AdamR28
the moto lever is being used with the mono trialIs that for definite? The latest this morning was that the lever is still to be decided... ourselves and Monty are doing the testing and our feedback will help to determine which lever is used. Well, that's what we've been told anyway!Brakes feel good so far, not much different to the standard ones but the pistons seem to be smoother... the lever blades are also more rounded and really comfy!Ads
Waddy
phwor, those brakes look mintas. can you use those lever blades on the mini lever body?

joe b
Hahaha, amazing... That really does look beautiful, Ads. But, more to the point, i want to see you stunting it up on that beast .
