quasi_mojo
first off, hello to you all!my gripe has begun with a replacement mech hanger (i snapped the last one pedalling up a steep slope??? i belive it may have been my tensioner's fault) which doesnt seem to fit properly, it doesnt sit flush in the frame and seems to be pushing my wheel out to the point where the tyre rubs the chainstay!im wondering if anyone else has had similar experience of this and what you did to cure the issue? im reluctant to go hacking away with an angle-grinder, could it weaken the hanger?cheers lads, and lets hope we get a few dry days this winter... quasi_mojo
If it doesnt fit youve got the WRONG one crickey, forgot about this post!!!its the right one ordered from mission themselves, it just seems a little thicker than the one before, in the end i ground it down with the grinder, all was good, until a few weeks later when i bent the frame....problem solved.
