bennyb Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 Well the problem is that i have a shity standerd srocket on my 219 monty and a free wheel on the rear and i really want a free wheel on the rear and thr front or a srocket on the back and freewheel on the front but i dont no how to set this stuff up so could some one explain a good setup and wat works good...at the moment i have an echo rear hub wich is screw on so i dunno if a sprocket can fit on that so ....please info...?thanks bennyb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dan6061 Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 For that Echo hub, any screw on cog will fit. You'll want a 12t on the back, Onza/whatever.Then for the front-freewheel, you'll need specific cranks with the freewheel thread on them.Like these.For the front freewheel, get something like a Tensile, ENO, Monty. Its about 2 weeks old but im getting a profile on the back so i cant use it anymore. It runs very smoothly and the thread is perfect. Its 18 tooth.
