I Need Good Info , On Good Parts.

Well the problem is that i have a shity standerd srocket on my 219 monty and a free wheel on the rear and i really want a free wheel on the rear and thr front or a srocket on the back and freewheel on the front but i dont no how to set this stuff up so could some one explain a good setup and wat works good...at the moment i have an echo rear hub wich is screw on so i dunno if a sprocket can fit on that so ....please info...?

yes a sproket can go on it that is if its threaded same for cranks :D i wud have a front freewheel but i ride stock :$

so a sprocket will fit on an echo screw on have a look click Here and then i would need new crank arms , bottom bracket , and a front freewheel ....thanks bennyb ?

For that Echo hub, any screw on cog will fit.

You'll want a 12t on the back, Onza/whatever.

Then for the front-freewheel, you'll need specific cranks with the freewheel thread on them.

Like these.

For the front freewheel, get something like a Tensile, ENO, Monty. Front specific freewheels.

Screw it all on, set the chain, and you're sorted.

I have a near brand new front tensile freewheel that you can have if you want. Its about 2 weeks old but im getting a profile on the back so i cant use it anymore. It runs very smoothly and the thread is perfect. Its 18 tooth. I know you werent asking for one, but just thought id offer as it is very good for a front freewheel :)
