Chris Elson Posted October 24, 2006 Author Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 yeah i get what your saying all the extra correction hops takes it out of you where as pros can just balance whilst hardly moving for as long as they like .i think breathing tecnique has to do with it aswell cos sometimes i find myself holding my breath Ye i can imagine that works, the way you breath could affect how long you can ride for, i try to really relax and take big breaths , that sometimes works. And i always drink water because i find that coke gives me a headache when riding . will17will17 Posted October 24, 2006 Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 Eat what ever but i heard somewhere that 15 min of trials is equvilant to 1 hour of normal bicycle riding, but surely it depends on the rider so i have no idea lol, just a view.... I would even say its equivalent to more normal biknig than one hour. What I find is when I ride on my own (like a loner) I get knakered in a few hours and feel like going home because with no one to talk to I guess its just solid riding.
