Orgun_Donor
You'll have 6 accorss and 25 down, giving you 150 pads, or 75 pairs in total! Edited October 19, 2006 by Orgun_Donor

I have really lost the plot on how to do it!Free set of pads in it for the 1st correct answer!C'monthat's 6 pads across in length at 50mm a pad (300/50), by 25 pads at 12mm a pad's width (300/12),so you can cut out 6x25 = 150 pads, that's 75 pairs. The real question is, can you cut clean or do you loose material when you cut?Because even 1/2mm of line cut means you'd have less padsHope this helps
Joe_Elding
area of total block divided by area of each pad.300 x 300 = 90000mm50 x 12 = 600mm90,000/ 600 = 150 seperate pads. = 75 pairs of pads. jacks
obviously you will make 72 sets of pads if you are skilled cutter)))considering that there will be a quantity of the defective ones you could produce up to 65 pairs of a good kosher sets plus you need to make some "prototypes" that would be tested by 3-5 riders to reveal how good they are in the different conditions (smooth/groun rim, wet/dry weather etc)i mean, that you are responsible for you pruduction and you must be assured in quality cheers Edited October 19, 2006 by jacks
