Matthew_Gibson
A quick video from me. Out riding and I got some good clips of some side hops. Nothing to spectacular. There is a small cock-up 30 seconds in. But nothing too bad. Editing done on Ulead Video Studio 10, and I didn't know how to change the volume. Here it is: http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/MattGibsonVideo 7. 2mins 12 long.ENJOY! Matt Gibson!

A!!
About 5 minutes before you made this topic, i had a look at the link to your videos in your signature and watched this But yeah, i like the video the sidehops were good, and so was the editing. ManxTrialSpaz
Imo, I thought your front-back landings were abit too quick to look fully controlled and good looking but that is my personal preference, not a critiscism (well, yes, it was) but apart from that I thought it was a good video but maybe you should have called it 'Video 7 - Sidehops'. Next needs a buit more variation i.e. more backwheels, gaps, wheelswaps w/e, just mix the next vid up abit and it'll be tonnes better. Edited October 16, 2006 by ManxTrialSpaz
mods
your brake sounded like a squeeky bed, the sidehops got a tad repetative, but other than those critisisums (sp) it was an ace vid. good effort

Smoâ„¢
You're making the same mistake I used to with sidehops - you need to let go of your back brake and get a kick in there when you take off. The amount of extra power you'll get will really suprise you. Good job though, keep it up.
An_toin3
I do the exact same thing in my sidehop.. no kick ! How I can sidehop around 35" still remains a mystery.., a friend of mine gives a kick when he sidehop and I'm sidehoppping as high as him need to learn to kick and release the brake Was a nice video, maybe too many sidehops but that's been already said ! Keep it up

Means you really have to crank it up to get any height.Surprisingly (and I don't mean that in a nasty way) good video.

Greetings
That was fun. Just practice those sidehops a bit, you should be doing them with a weak pedalkick. Improving fast
