Perhaps you took the cable out too early, i don't know.But your best bet is probably to take it into the shop you bought it from or send an email if you bought it online. If its taking the photo but its all black then surely it's not recording the image? But there are a few things you can try in the meantime:Make sure the lens mount is clean, not dusty or anythingRemove the battery, put it back (or try another one if you have it)Try a different memory cardThere's a reset button on the bottom?
