So you can get either to suit you.As for what type (mod or stock) no one can really tell you what to get you just need to try them if you can and see what suits you.Personally I would go for stock but that's just my opinion. Make sure that there is both 20" and 26" you are trying.The only one that can tell what you like is yourself, so it´s pretty pointless to ask other people really.People here on the forum is really helpfull, so you can just go to a big ride or something and try the peoples bikes.Hope this helps.
