I'm not entirely sure what you mean but if it's that your axle bolt is rounded & has gotten your crank stuck on your BB... Then do as follows:

Pop out the plastic cap from around the rounded bolt.

Find an angle grinder with the smallest possible disc.

Cut a groove in the head of the bolt... careful not to cut the crank.

Wedge a large strong flat-bladed screwdriver into your shiny new groove.

Twist or otherwise batter the bolt round till it's loose enough to grip in a pliers.

It might also work to clamp the screwdriver in a bench vice &, holding the frame, try to use the length of the frame as a lever against the stuck bolt. For this one you'll have to wedge the lower pedal against the vice or it'll just spin round.

Have Fun!

if its an allen key bolt on the rear axle, like a dome shaped one, then you can just use a hacksaw to put a nice groove into it, then whack a screw driver in it to twist it off. the dome headed bolts on them are shit! i got rid of them straight away and replaced them with stronger ones :)
