SCOTTY___
Doubt you will get warrently mate, for the simple reason they dont cover trials abuse. Racing Hubs, warrently covers defects from that sport.Unless you lie through your back teeth Give it ago.Pictures btw xD
Krisboats
Say it was on a bmx? Take the rim off when you send it too as i'm guessing you've got drilled rims, and we're the only retards who have them.
trialsguru
i'm guessing you've got drilled rims, and we're the only retards who have them.i believe fly bikes were/are making drilled bmx rims.stupidly enough though, they weighed more than undrilled bmx rims when i saw the weights of them

eskimo
A cracked flange is almost as common on a bmx so shouldn't have any problems there. As long as the lifetime of the product was less than your few months

haydon_peter
When I completely knackered my ratchet (after over a year of use) I just rang them, explained the situation and they were really helpfull. I sent them the whole wheel in the hope they could get the old ratchet out of the hub and just fit a new one but there was no way they could get the ratchet out of the hub. The rim had a few dings in it and spokes are cheap to replace so I told Profile not to worry about the rim and spoke and just to bin them. They built up a new hub using my existing internals along with a new hub body and ratchet. I requested they sent the hub up to Tarty for a new wheel build which they had no problems in doing.I got charged about £35 for the new parts and next day postage, considering the hub was over a year old I didnt have a problem with doing this. Profile kept me updated via a number of phone calls to let me know what was going on with the repair and I was very happy with their service! Also note that its mainly trials riders that run a Profile Mini Cassette hub with 12 and 13 tooth drivers so its fairly obvious whether or not the hub has been used for trials

When I sent my wheel I sent it to the 1 Cliffe Avenue address aswell...
