Mike W
first of all the cranks will be a normal turning thread i got mine off using a torque wrench i found in my dads garage will your local bike shop take it off for you ? try putting the freewheel in a vice and turn the arm that sometimes works ..good luck ! mike
Wright Pads
Shimano BB tool is what fits the Tensile FFW.Also anti clock wisePut the crank in a vice or back to front if you can on the bikeBig bar on the spaner for the tool and undo it anti clockwiseDead easy these are! bionicman
try getting something that will fit over the end of the spanner etc. like an old set of handle bars this works because the is more leverage on it
