wayn3
I haven't been on my Xbox for ages, and just then i picked up the control and it was leaking some sort of liquid, it has no sent or colour so i presume its water. The thing is there has been no way of water getting in it.Then i thoguht it might be a battery in it thats bust some how, but i'm not sure, has this happened to anyone else? And before people say one it up and have a look i don't have a Phillips small enough to fit. Onzaallen
Is it still working? How much of this liquid has come out? dip you're finger in it and have a taste, as you say it might just be water getting in it somehow.

Extreme_biker0
The controllers don't have batterys in afaik, although they do have capacitors in. If these blew, they still wouldn't release a liquid though. Nor would the controller work.Contrary to what you see on star trek, you cannot recreat substances in the controller from electricity travelling down the wire, therefore the most likely cause for your unexplained discharge is that your little bro/sis spilt his cup of water onto the controller and didn't tell you.Having posted just seconds after Jaffa, I can tell you that there is no liquid in a transformer or a resistor either, and there are no transformers in an Xbox controller anyway.
