omgnoseat
If you see the news, you would of saw the familys of the children were turning up at the school in horse and cart yea thats the lifestyle of the amish, living like the people 100 years or so (not sure how long)but anyway, yes this is very sad if you are going to commit suicide, why take 3 little innocent girls with you
A!!
That's the thrid this week, time for gun control? Joe x Bloody hell, i didn't think it was going to be that many. We were talking about it in R.E today due to it being an amish school. Either way something needs to be done about it
poopipe
Yanks can have assualt rifles if they're purchased for "hunting purposes".AK-47 vs Grizzly Bear they're only allowed semi-auto for 'hunting' - wouldn't even be allowed that if the NRA didn't hold so much sway in government. to be honest I don't see how that sort of thing makes much difference to the level of gun-crime - I'd be willing to put money on 80% or more of all the gun crimes being commited with handguns/shotguns rather than any sort of assault weapon. anzo
Why did all my posts get deleted? I think about one of the 5ish were serious and not taking the piss?
tomturd
Why did all my posts get deleted? I think about one of the 5ish were serious and not taking the piss?I didnt see any serious ones, if there was I wouldnt have deleted it. I dont find people getting killed funny, personally, and judging by the (distinct lack of) replies to your posts it seemed other people might have thought the same.Feel free to post a serious reply. poopipe
When I first read the story there were indications that he did this shit because of somethin that had happened to him 20 years ago. Naturally I assumed he'd been abused in some way (tied to a chair and shot by amish girls perhaps?) which would have f**ked him up enough to provoke him into this sort of behaviour. So...I go check the bbc site today to find out what heinous acts had been committed upon his person that could in some way make us understand his motivation in murdering a room full of young girls and find this. what kind of sick f**k takes a tube of lubricant to a murder? MadManMike
It's hard to understand people like that - I mean why would you actually get pleasure from "assaulting" a 4 year old?I don't see how there's any fun in that at all...I am fairly good at personality judging and psychology but that stuff is just confusing - WHY?!.Shame he killed himself, i'd personally have put him in a bath of vinegar and had fun with a cheese grater - lesson learnt I reckon. RicH_87
Why are people getting so worked up all of a sudden?Thousands of kids get abused everyday in britain yet nobody says anything about that. Then some inbreds get shot on the other side of the world and everyone is outraged. But when you watch the news and see two planes smash into towers and people screaming etc it brings the horror home...Personal opinion. Scary shizzle, but to be honest, the americans bring it on themselves sometimes. George bush for example, what a idiot, he goes to war, gets hundreds of americans killed, and then says that its for the good of man? Obviously not for those that died. I dont know if anyone has seen this calender, its called bushisms, this is one stupid bush saying for every day of the year. Please excuse my post, it has nothing todo with the topic title, but i gotta say this, R.I.P girls we will never forget you, xxx

Or are you saying we should discuss EVERY bad thing that's ever happened to make it fair, because that would be a mighty big thread mate!I think maybe just let people give their opinion on this incident, and if there is a particular shitty thing that's happened that you want to discuss, like thousands of kids being abused in britain or whatever, then start a thread about it!Davey
Euro Braker
The bit I dont get is, he was 32 but molestered 2 girls 20 years ago. He was 12. There are many sick and deranged people nowadays, and he had no reason to do such a crime. Shame he was a coward and killed himself, he should have been shot or tortured by the police. But i reckon there is too much hype about it. I know its a change to Iraq and Israil but its getting too much English publicity. Our schools are quite secure(none been breached before) so there isnt a need to create soo much hype. The day it happened (i was told) 2 people were shot dead in housten, 1 in texas and another 2 people killed in USA somewere.
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Americans schools are soooo insecure...Remember them 2 lads which we're gay and they got bullied all the time, so they bought lots of guns and went round shooting everyone haha. MadManMike
There's good points about people being armed, and there's bad... The arguement could span pages and pages...I think I prefer living in UK with it's gun policy rather than knowing most people are tooled up in USA

I think I prefer living in UK with it's gun policy rather than knowing most people are tooled up in USA True i suppose, but in a sense in the UK it isn't guns their armed with, it's knifes. Kind of makes me worry sometimes, especially when you are in one of them situations where you can see a fight about to happen. All it takes is one d**k and a knife to put an end to someone else, quite a sobering thought

All it takes is one d**k and a knife to put an end to someone else, quite a sobering thought the difference really is that you can defend yourself against a knife (with luck) but you really have no chance against a gun. I'm with Mike in terms of day to day situations but I sort of worry about how much trouble we'd be in if we suddenly got invaded or if the dead started walking the earth (or something to that effect) - there's no guns lying around to defend ourselves with and nobody with the knowledge to use them even if there were.
