zoof
Hello,My bike has Hs33 brakes on and they are mainly standard but often lately i have this immense spongeyness.I do not know what it is and it is winding me up so much!!!What happens is that when i pull the brake lever in, it takes about 15 seconds to go back to its original place!!I have blue hoses and as far as i can see, there is no air getting in,, (i might be wrong)also i have rebleeded the brakes and it works for little time then goes back to sponge AGAIN!any help would be much appreciated!!!cheers ZAK
Dan6061
Take the brake off, and the pads off, pull the brake so the pistons are out, then spray WD40 or use cycle oil on them. Then pump it.
Willsey
sounds like you may have a leak... are any of your threads in the actually slave or lever crossthreaded or stripped? and also make sure your hoses are tightened in fully, otherwise its got air in them... Wright Pads
Boil the kettle, bleed you brake 6 times with that slowly then fast then slowly for the next 2, then fast one more time. Then bleed really slowly once again this is the final bleed 7 in total. The hot water will clean it all out, slow more heat to the system, fast gets the shit out.I water bleed by the way
