granty Posted September 30, 2006 Report Share Posted September 30, 2006 (edited) hi all im finally back in my pc chair. ages ago i posted in a picture of my back becasue i had a twisted spine [attachmentid=7289]but i got told i could stll carry on with my life as normal unless it got worse but before it had the chance to get worse i broke my spine whilst ridin 5 weeks ago. i fell off and landed on my right hand side on a picnic bench and broke 3 ribs and my spine and i was in so much pain i didnt know what to do so i just tried standing up which when i tried i just fell to the floor. i was ridin with tom (jaffacakes) and charlie (sir-gu-murphy) but they were at the shop and i couldnt move o i jus lay they in agony till they arrived and i had to get airlifted to the royal devon and exeter hospital from st.ives in cornwall and my parents didnt even know and it was the worst journey i have ever had it was so painfull but know im all home and safe and heres my scar from the operation because normally they put you in a brace with a broken back but becasue my spine was twisted and now broken they had to put two metal rods in my spine i will put the pictures of the x-ray up in bout 5 days when i go up for my check up and you can all see the rods.
