Freewheel Cranks

Recommended Posts

Hi-you mate,

With your drive side crank off the bike, screw on, by hand, the fixed cog. You won't need to use a chain whip because the cog tightens in the same direction as you pedal... All that means is that the cog will be good & tight after the first time you stamp on the pedals (bike fully assembled... cranks tight... wheel in place & chain fitted).

If you're using a bash ring be sure to put that on first.

Hope this helps.

Man it's crappy when someone beats you to it! :)
