Ben Beckett
i have a 22t chainring on my middleburns pro trials, and a 16t on the rear hub.what tooth cog should i have on the rear to get it the same feel as a '18-16'. it isn't possible to get a 18t cog on the middleburns is it??, http://82.110.105.16/tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=46 i have the same cranks. if it is can you link me to where they sell them.cheers!! GTF
i don't think that middleburns can handle a 18T. but if you run a 18T or 19T on the rear it shold be the same

Ash-Kennard
ben 22:19 is ace, and if you ever get a 20 tooth chain ring 20:18 is the nicest gearing ever Edited September 26, 2006 by ash-kennard
steve@banbury-trials
im currently running 20-17, im switching to 15-12 when my new stuff arrives.just imagine the clearance
Orgun_Donor
Ive just switched from 18/12 to 18/16Its really weird cause i go nowhere now, but getting used to it, and has made gaps easier! Definately dont need any less then this, so i would recommend you run a 22/18 or 22/19 Edited September 26, 2006 by Orgun_Donor

Jason222
22-19 feels really good. Better for natural, and 22-18 for street.
