mitleifcreisis
Hi,I´m looking for a new fronttire. I actualy use a MAXXIS High Roller xc 2.3, but it´s definitive too weak for the low airpressure i prefere (about 1 Bar). It should be stable but pretty soft with a tarry grip. Any suggestions ?Muchas Gracias
the judge
Are you using a dual ply high roller? If not give that a go Edited September 25, 2006 by the judge
Shaun H
Try-all?EDIT: Don't get a dual ply for the front, it'll be hella heavy. Single ply should be thicker than the XC version, unsure wether that's what you already have though. trialsguru
on the subject of front tyres, does anyone know what the front 26" monty tyres are like? and also will the be releasing them in the new compound that their 20" tyres come in?tah
FoxRacer
I got same problem. And currently I'm considering buying Michelin Hot, Specialized Enduro Pro... or something like that. It's hard to find not too heavy and grippy front tyre.
Ash-Kennard
get an IRC el gato, awesome for the front and are so grippy you dont have to run them stupidly low, but if you do, watch out they pinch fairly often, but then again, they are ultra light
