Does my avatar move?Danyou see i know that picture i posted is supposed to light up the middle letters - because i made it! No your avatar doesnt seem to be doing anything on my screen either. I have no idea in the slightest how to correct this.Well i've narrowed it down to the firewall, i just disabled it and the images seem to be showing - now i have to try and work out how to let gifs through, oh joy!Wohay seem to have fixed it, its under the ad-blocking on ZoneAlarm a little box that was checked that was disabling "animations" b*****d computers!Cheers for your help anyway Dan, have a cookie on me stu
Tomm
In my opinion Zone Alarm does more harm than good half the time. It blocks silly things from the outset (internet explorer, for one) and has fooled me a couple of times trying to work out damn wireless networking. I don't think you need it, especially if you use the Windows one.

But now i've used it for about the last 2 years i've finally figured how to get everything to function properly and safely. cheers, stu
