adamtrials
I havent ever heard of anyone who has split/ snapped a magura hose apart from my mate when he snapped his frame in half?Waste of money if nothing is wrong with your existing hoses. Tom_
Three of my mates have split maggy hoses in the last month, they have all brought braided hose. since then one of them has split it again. There is an advantage, although on a really hard knock not even a braided hose will survive.tom
adamtrials
If a standard hose splits it's only a few pounds to replace, but would cost loads to replace the braided? Some braided hoses have reliability issues too.
planet x alan
i would recomend goodridge hoses. they are much stronger than the magura ones. and if you do manage to kill one, they have a lifetime garuntee

Since then i have temporaraly replaced the crossover with that red braided hose from cleanbikes, no problems so far. I'm just having some goodridge hoses made up at the moment and i'll let you know how they perform when i get them fitted. Joey B
Ben Beckett
to be honest i am only going to use the hose at the top (check the 1st post) for the crossover, cuz my standard one snapped/split ages ago.i want to get the monty hose splitter, n these will be better than standard 1's. cheers
