JonCongreve
Well i've got a tektro mechanical caliper for when my Hope Mono Trial goes wrong (twice now)....and it actually works pretty well once set up. At my work i noticed they are some pads made by Clarks to fit this brake, brought them and basically they were no good at all. I even cleaned the rotor and tried bedding in the pads again with water a few times but they wouldn't have it .So i agree will you and can say that these pads seem pretty bad, the standard Tektro ones are still working better then these

Krisboats
If anyone else is wondering about budget disc pads, the fibrax ones are just as bad as clarks No bite, lack of hold and a total waste of time.
