Feel Like Making A Website?

Sorry to sorta steal the thread...

Simon - I need a bit of help with a website i'm making.

For the gallery, I want there to be one image in the center, then buttons to the left and right of it to go to the next, and previous image.

Is there a way to make it so just the image reloads? Instead of making a whole new page? And without an iFrame?

Added you to MSN (Y) (Dan6061@gmail.com).

OnTopic: I'm sure you already have, but get hold of Macromedia Dreamweaver.

You can get a 30day free trial off the Adobe/Macromedia website. (Y)

Really easy to use.

I have dreamweaver/photoshop etc. and i know how to use them, i've made a fair share of websites, its just been at least a year since i used css and dont really wanna try learning it again just to make this one website and i cant see it being possible to get the positioning i need without using css.

With regards to your image thing, you should be able to modify this http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/php-photoalbum.htm

If you look at the HTML section it gives the variable for how many images you want displayed, if you just choose 1x1 it should just display the one picture. Move all your images to one directory and get the php script linked to this, then change the writing where it says "page 1, page 2" etc into an image of an arrow or whatever you want the link displayed as and just give it the same location to direct to when clicked.

Not sure if its quite what you want but with some modifications to the script it could work for you.
