Walleee
A month for a broken toe? wtf? Can't you use crutches or something to get about? With regard to healing, i'd say drink lot's of milk, and maybe take calcium supplements, like other's have said, don't use it untill you know it's healed, you don't want to break it again during the healing process, that will put you out of action even longer and could lead to further problems...... Walleee
doesnt work, i asked. Broken leg...off for 4 months...1 WEEK LEFT!!Yeh, I should have made it clear that while they might not speed up the healing process, they would surley help to reduce the likley hood of bones braking in the future..... but yeh.... aener
To help the healing process, make a cut where the break is - needs to be deep mind...And when it's bleeding like a good'n - tip some salt into it and massage...After 3 minutes of that - wash the salt out with the strongest alcohol you can find, then rinse with water. Dab it dry with steel wool, and then soak in vinegar for 15/20 minutes.Do this twice a day and it'll heal twice as fast this way Thehehehehehe!!!Nah - they say six weeks to make sure you don't get your hopes up, but they took the cast off my ankle after 4 saying "We never leave it on more than that really... only if it's completely mashed..."Drink milk - don't use it while it's broken - stop activities if it hurts - and when it's "officially" healed, ease back into the regieme (sp?), don't just blast it or it'll break again straight away I know how you feel, make some videos... kept me occupied for a good protion of the time Enjoy your time Flipp

abe
Swimming helps to cure broken bones because you can move around with less weight on the bone.abe

adamtrials
There are special magnetic pads that apparently strengthen the bone and can decrease healing time. They use them on astronauts after the return to earth as their bones are weaker due to spending ages withmuch less weight on them. However i should imagine the price for these pads is "astronomical"
