spode@thinkbikes Posted September 18, 2006 Report Share Posted September 18, 2006 Have you both gone as far as finding the interface for your modem?Go to a command prompt.- type in ipconfig /allLook for the section that says "default gateway". Note down the IP address next to it. Probably 192.168.0.1In a web browser, type in "http://192.168.0.1" replacing it with your IP address.That's a good starting point.
