Is there not a copyright law against things like this lmao?

Hence all the fake t-shirts people sell outside concerts but besides the point you will be using another companys logo to make money?

Please Correct Me If I Am Wrong?

if they ask.. i spraypainted it on.. by accident.. when i was spraying my bike... erm.. yea they will believe that right?

anyway its only advertising them so who cares.. lol

yeah those tees sounds really cool defo count me in as you can never have too many t shirts, trials specific ones anyway. how about the the company name written in parts or jst the N.S.T, e.g for the s use a maggie or summat the piping curved into the s. or the company written on the centre of a hub.

I have tried using parts encorporated in the logo and i cant seem to get my head around it, but using the hub, is a good idea. i will have a go at that, cheers mate! yeah well "mission man", if ur online now, go on msn for bit and we can talk! speak soon hopefully! thanks again for support and help!

There's a very thin line between advertising, selling in new members chat and this...

I would suggest you put some more effort into your posts (read the guidelines) and get validated so you can progress with your venture.

I don't think you have thought this out well enough...

Especially seeing as there are already websites where you can have all sorts of stuff with whatever design you want ridiculously cheap and really good quality...

And at the end of the day all you are doing is getting peoples designs, taking it to a local shop to get the design put on and selling them with a bit extra added on for profit, with postage on top of that. So anyone could easily go to a local firm and get shirts made cheaper than being sold here...

Only if you were making the goods yourself or producing your own designs (and then entering the already stupidly saturated trials specific t shirt market) would you really have a chance of competing against the many shops/ websites/ people on ebay offering a custom shirt service.

ok, sorry about my short post before this one, I was in a rush to go out earlier and i didn't have time to post all the relevent information, but here goes to clear this all up:

1. The designs I am using are 100% my companys own, and our designs, apart from the tarty like looking one, which tarty have even let me use as long as i make sure everyone knows that the product is nothing to do with them!

2. The idea of my selling other people designs has escaladed from, me saying if anyone is wanting their own design done, I am just simply offering the possibility of being able to print them for a reasonable price. (I never said i was the cheapest place!)

3. I am able to print all these designs on the garments(posh word for t-shirts) i have purchased my self out of my own pocket.

4. I HAVE NOT COPIED ANYONE ELSES DESIGN!

but thanks for bringing all that up in the forum, it has helped me explain more of what I am doing to al these other riders!

but adam if you want to talk more, I am happy to on msn mate! You have my address, you just don't seem to be replying to me!

talk soon hopefully!

I wasn't suggesting you had copied, i was just unsure whether you were planning on selling t shirts with your own designs on or others designs on. Either way, they are both pretty difficult fields, especially with the small target market for trials specific clothing. You have cleared things up though so (Y)

Perhaps post some of your designs?
