CBProductions
Ok having ordered a new frame online from supercycles (zona zennith) to my wonderful delights today it had arrived , so I opened the box and inspected it and to my annoyance it has been used , and isnt really in a nice state. I am quite P.off about this as It was described and stated as new. I would like to here any other peoples opinions on this and also what they think should be done ?Ok having tried supercycles at least 7 times even from work now I havent been able to get through have also emailed via ebay. I will be taking this further.http://s42.photobucket.com/albums/e309/cbproductions2006/ theres the pictures in there , Edited September 15, 2006 by CBProductions

Mark W
Phoned them yet?Phone them.0115 941 11 33.Simple as that. If you had a problem with any other seller on eBay, would you come on here and ask people if they felt bad about it on here, or would you just get in contact with the person you bought it from? Same situation here. To recap:Phone them.

Same situation here. To recap:Phone them.fare enough what your saying but the reason he probably posted it on here is because its a trials shop that people do order from quite often (if it was a nromal ebay user then yeah you would take it up with them straight away but since its a shop they do have respnsabilites they shouldnt let slip), maybe he was seeing if anybody else had had problems like this and also possibly pointing out that it shouldnt of happend i mean they are a well known shop and it says the condition was new so its not as if the person wrapping it up couldnt see it was used.maybe you just dont want it up on here because you love onzas so much Edited September 13, 2006 by Synergy
Mark W
Nope, doesn't affect me at all whether people buy from them or not, it's just that instead of posting in another thread about this and then making this thread, it'd be sorted by now if he actually spoke to the people involved about it, wouldn't it? Just gotta hope he hasn't built it up I guess, otherwise he's boned himself.I'd put money on it possibly being a display model in their shop or something? craigjames
it does say new, but it does also say prototype, i dont think ive ever seen a prototype of anything in the same condidtion as the production item. it could be new, a new prototype, which are genreally slightly rougher than the finished retail item. maybe im wrong?craig
