I'm thinking of going 24" soon, and was goin to get a frame custom made maybe?, not sure, probably by iolo. Anyway i dont have a clue on geometry, i gave it a quick search and couldnt find anything, i was thinking along the lines of:

Wheel Base: 1030mm

Headangle: 73 degrees

BB rise: + 25 mm

Chain stays: 380mm

if ive missed anything, could you point it out please :) its goin to be used for street mainly, but seein as i live near some wiked natural il be riding that sometimes. Any ideas on geometry would be great thankyouplease :)(Y)

74 (I was gonna go for 74.5 at one point :o ) is fairly standard in bmx, it makes the bike feel aggressive and responsive when on two wheels. The steeper headangle also gives me a touch more reach while keeping the bike short and flicky. A slacker headangle is better for hooks and taps, but I don’t really do them, I can hook it on near vert walls, but haven’t got the knack of vert ones yet and I just bunnyhop up stuff :P

I just like a bike that feels nice on just blasting about on two wheels (I find bikes with a slack headangle feel sluggish), while feeling good on the back wheel (but not like a pogo stick) and I have on so I am happy

are they mini pegs on there????? if so are they any good :-

yeah they are superstar micro pegs on the front. They are pretty good if you like doing dropout tricks, there is enough to grin on if you wish and you can just about get your feet on for things like hang fives.

Remember you have to run a 10mm bmx hub, i have a demolition bulima hub which is pretty good and only about £30.

I should be getting a 24" Iolo built With the same Geo but 1040 wheel-base. He should have got it doen in 6 weeks at the latest. It's costing me £385 but thats with some little extras :- . A standard frame would be £350. And I'll definatly be getting lots of pics up when its done :D .

Edit: Fixing typing errors.
