Greetings
Ankles.... did some damage to them a few years back when my BB snapped on a big drop and ever since I've been having problems with them. It's even the very small moves like hopping onto a bench that can cause immense pain if something goes ever so slightly wrong. I hate it, been trying to do some dropgaps recently but I just can't get over what might happen if my ankle bends too much... It was ok for a year or so, but started all over again when I went up into the mountains this year to ride natural...
Rebelistic
I've had a twisted wrist that seemed to take ages to heal, but now it's fine. Recently my left ankle has felt a bit weak after riding and the occaisonal bail made it worse . Now after a bit of time off the bike (just a few days) and doing other exercises (swimming and running) it's fine again .I think stretching and doing warmup exercises before you ride really helps IMO.Cheers
