Well Im pretty sure you will have a strong case with trading standards, even if ebay and paypal fob you off. That blatantly isnt a new frame, and has been ridden for sure. Best thing to do though is speak to you local office see what they say.

Still got the ebay page? would need to submit that to them as well, showing clear evidence of them saying it was new.

Quite right, obviously been used. I'd be pissed off if I got left a negative feedback just as retaliation, when you held up your side of the deal. Good luck with ebay getting rid of it for you though

Yes I have prove of everything backed up twice. Cheers guys means a lot someone actually helping me out in this matter , as in fairness I think I have been quite just to ask what is expect of a deal. I deal with trading standards a lot in work and I shall be taking this there if ebay and paypal dont do anything , I have lost hope in supercycles doing anything.
