CBProductions
Just wondering when other people have ordered have they contacted you to confirm that it has been sent out or anything? I have purchased a zennith yesterday (same one prawn was bidding on) and I paid for it that day and I have had no confirmation today of dispatch or response to my question. Thanks in advance

CBProductions
£142 including postage , I will ring them now but I thought as he is a seller on ebay he would monitor stuff like that but I suppose I now have to waste more money chasing them up.Tried ringing just not left it for a while and no answer , I have had a previous bad experience with them and I hope that they can redeem themselfs otherwise I wont be impressed. Mike Poyzer @ Onza
We sell hundreds of items a week on mail order, ebay etc. You win, you pay, we send. If we had to acknowledge receiving everybodies payment and sending their item we would have to employ another member of staff to do it so all the prices go up. MadManMike
That's fair enough Mike but I just got an "unpaid strike" on eBay due to a seller not responding to my emails.I look bad now because he can't be bothered to respond - I appealed it twice and even eBay didn't respond to me...eBay is definately out of the question for me now, too many dodgy people. CBProductions
You win, you pay, we sendIt's just common sense to let someone know that you have sent it so if something should go wrong it can be traced. You're paid to do a job if you take on more stuff then thats your doing get on with it. If you were to come into my workplace having paid for a service you would get it done, not someone moaning about how much they sell. Rant over , sorry but that statement annoyed me Edited September 9, 2006 by CBProductions
CBProductions
Its also common sense to abide by what you describe it as , frame arrived , grease on it , scratches and marks and clear signs of it not being new and being built up which was not stated. What are the forums opinions on this ? I will get pictures shortly .
SomeoneNew
Didn't see the point in starting a new thread for this so here goes! I ordered a zenith with the ck headset on tuesday night I'm assuming it should've arrived by now judging by other peoples stories etc. I've emailed them but not rang yet, but was wondering if parcel force(or whichever courier they use) would've been likely to leave the frame with a neighbour and if so do they normally leave a card to tell you so? CBProductions
I think they are permently on holiday by the sounds of the reply I got. Apparantly if one person is gone the whole thing goes can't be run. Keep hassling them and hassling them its annoying but it should get them to make a move on. Disgusted with this company , utter crap having given them multiple chances to redeem themselves.

CBProductions
Right im not happy with these people , I have had bad feedback left saying trying to scam money off of them when I have asked for money back because of the marks. I will be taking this further now they have decided to be C**KS about it.
Josephine
It's common courtesy to respond to online sales with a confirmation email. Most companies just use a mail bot to do it, just to give the customer (you know, that guy that keeps you in a job?) the feedback they need to put their minds at ease. So as for employing another person, bollocks, make a program do it It's pretty easily justifiable expenditure 'cause the lack of feedback is a big black mark against supercycles, they've been frustrating to deal with on the few occasions I've used 'em.Joe x
CBProductions
Cheers for the reply, I have an open dispute with them at the moment. It's getting silly as all I want is some cash back on the item , which is an option included in the dispute console on paypal. They were wrong to seel it as NEW as the marks prove otherise. I like the frame just wish when I opened the box that it didnt have any marks on it. Craig
tomturd
My 5p...Firstly, totally out of order to describe something as new, when its not. Even if it was only set up as a demo bike, that should have been stated. New means new..Secondly, no matter what, even if you 'just didnt like it' and want to send it back they should give you a full refund. Not sure if your just asking for a bit of money back, or for a full refund though. Thats why the likes of heatsink/tarty/tesco's are thriving, good customer service. Maybe supercycles should take a leaf out of their book.Never been a fan of them, infact banned the lot of them off TF years ago. Dodgy dealings.Good luck with the dispute
Mike Poyzer @ Onza
I have tried to stay off this thread but things are being said unjustifiably. Here are the facts.1.The frame is brand new. It was never used as either a demo, team bike or anything else.2. It was built to check angles and clearances and nothing more.3. It was AUCTIONED on ebay and clearly described as a prototype. Several photographs were taken and posted on the auction which clearly show its condition.4. He paid £132 for it, well under half its standard retail price.5. We have offered him a full refund less our ebay fees. Remember it was an online auction not a normal mail order sale and we incurred costs in selling it.6. I am confident that we could resell again for the same price and am perfectly happy to do so. In fact we contacted the under bidder on the auction, when the buyer first complained, and he has indicated that he would buy it for the same price. This guy clearly does not wish to return the frame but just wants to blag some money off it.7. Whichever way you look at it he had a great deal and then proceeded to complain to ebay, paypal and left us very derogatory feedback. I quote "very bad ebayer. Buyer stay clear". Did he not therefore expect us to reciprocate with negative feedback in return.
Caleb
so he got a good deal?doesnt mean you can sell a product differnt to the one you described.the proof is there and you dont really have a leg to stand on, and as a professional company leaving him a negative when he completed his side of the deal is just pathetic.on the other hand the frame wil get knocked about a bit anyway and in a weeks riding time you wont even notice them
CBProductions
You guys really have no idea about customer service do you. 1) The frame is not new , unless magic fairies came down whilst you built it up to check angles and put marks around where the chain normally slaps and marks around other parts of the chainstay. a)The grease in the headset as well come on you couldnt even be bothered removing that with a rag. b)The hold in the weld by the chainstay as well which could lead to the frame breaking is another factor in this matter. c)The random paint chips as well that are all over the bike.I asked for something off the price not a refund like caleb said it will get scratched e.t.c when it gets rode , but thats not the point you described it as NEW therfore that is classed as the same description as your other zenniths which don't go out having marks or such like I should hope. Your ebay costs hhmm let me see so you're adding the postage and the ebay costs as well just for me to get a refun by the time I get my money back it wont have been worth my while. I left you the correct feedback for the situation which was that you had not sent an item as it was not as described. You even took pictures of areas where the buyer (me) could not see the extend of your mistakes.Futher more you have left me with inaccuarte feedback , I AM NOT SCAMMING YOU, if you check my purchase history every item that has been bought especially stuff like a £600 DV camera which is a lot more than £142 hasn't been scammed. Im not that pathetic or poor to need to do this, I suggest you do the right thing and sort this out. I will be forewarding this to pay pal and if this isnt resolved by tommorow I will be placing it in the hands of paypal where they will decide over this matter. Orgun_Donor
CBProductions, you got any pics of the frame in the state you recieved it? Might have a case with trading standards as well as pay pal and ebay.
