Mark W
There wouldn't have to be blood though, in the same way that if you get a blister or skim a bit of skin off there's not necessarily going to be blood?

Ben Cox
right so lemme get this straight, you were ragging it around, over the speed limit on an (illegally?) de-restricted scooter, wearing trackies and trainers!!! were you wearing a jacket or just a t-shirt? how bout gloves and a helmet??IDIOT
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Right...I was wearing a helmet, a motorcycle jacket and motor cycles gloves.I was only wearing trainers and trackies cause i was at my mates house at the time.. in the country...On my way home, i went round a bend, and there was a little bump, big enough to throw me into the air, and throw me off of my bike...I then fell off, whilst still holding onto the bars, if i never, i could have died...The bike landed on my right foot, and i then slid around 20 foot along the ground. The bike is fully legal, i have tax, MOT, a lisence, insurance.. everything i need to ride the bike. The only reason of falling off was because of the bump in the road... Extreme_biker0
£20 says it's something along the lines of "too bad he didn't die"Haha a little harsh lol Pity it's illegally de-restricted, otherwise, if what you say is true about an uneven road surface throwing you off, you would have been able to claim compensation in court.Too bad! Hope your leg heals fast, and you learn to be more careful!
Ingram
Seems a bit silly going out on you ped in 'trackies' they are way to thin and are not desinged to protect you much. Hope u feel better soon. not to have a dig or anything but that is stupid, lucky the 'trackies' didnt melt to your leg. hope you heal soon, it hurts when you stack a motorbike/moped when the adrenaline wears off
Jaffacakes
Pussy I fell off mine ragging though some country lanes at 1am with boardies and flipfolps on, I crashed into a corner because of some f**kers main beam and I didn't have a scratch on me, thus I didnt learn from my mistakes Me and my ped also fell down a 6 foot rock when offroading aswel. We also wern't hurt
anzo
f**kin ell, stop being f**king moaning old women.'ohhh, illegal de-restriction' who give a toss? The bikes are overpriced bits of plastic, may aswell get your moneys worth. 55mph or even 20mph, its still going to hurt so de-restricting isn't really an issue, everyone does it and I'm sure half the hypocrits on this forum would too.Secondly, trainers and trackies...point being? Yes, makes sense, buy racing leathers that cost more than the bike. Fair enough leathers stop road burns and...yep, thats about it. He's got them already but no broken bones or anything else. He's still alive to tell the tale so why not, its the same as those fat bikers you see on harleys...ripped jeans and a tee-shirt, half dont even wear helmets. But yes, doesn't mean its 'his fault' because his bike was (probably) de-restricted and he didn't have leathers on, neither of them would have caused OR prevented the crash...Rant-f**king-over. If you say yes, your a fake saint. If you say no, then atleast your telling the truth...Like anzo said, if i had racing leathers on, it still would have hurt like a biatch, and everyone knows how silly you will look on a scooter in full racing leathers... lol

Its the same thing...Not really mate, They don't actually make you go faster Shit, Was that like finding out santa isn't real when your five Please say you do know that...... Nah, Joking, Anzo had a fair point in his last post, and yep i was going to say it earlier but couldn't be bothered - you would look a right dick in full leathers on a ped that when most people see it will be doing about 35 mph anyway..... Rob_P
Well said Anzo, who DOSEN'T have a de-restricted ped! There slow as sh*t anyway, let alone still restricted. I don't think I have spoken to anyone who has a restricted ped. My parents told me to de-restrict my 50 because it was dangerous not being able to keep up with the traffic, like you said, not many people stick to 30mph. I certinatley don't.It's also pretty funny how half the people saying 'you tit' and such like don't even ride a bike on the road. It's also very hard to wear decent bike clothing in this weather anyway, I normally try and wear my jacket and jeans which is fine. Trackies are a really no go, jeans atleast I think as they are harder wearing and look much better anyway, trackies just add to the whole gay 'moped' stereotype Hope it's all sorted soon
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Yeah rob, well put!I know i shouldnt have been wearing my trackies when i was out, but it isnt everytime you go out you expect to fall off... i sure didnt expect it...The wounds arent as bad as i though, its my ankle which is a biatch, cause its sore lol, i dont care, im still riding the comp tommorow though I think im gonna get my mam to take me to hospital later to get some savlon spray on it to dry it up, cause its watering like fook ATM lolCheers for the people who have gave me sympathy, and f**k you lot who havnt... Token
I hate scooters. They are unbelievably homosexual (the noise mainly).I've had 2, both of which have been stolen, I dont think I would of got them but you can get bent if anyone thinks im gona pay almost 3 quid a day on bus fare to college, 3 quid lasts a week on petrol with a ped. They are good just for getting about on when its the only legal thing you can use when your 16.EDIT: sorry to hear you come off man, I hope you dont get too p00nz0Rd'!!!!!1!1 by your dad Edited September 8, 2006 by Scopse
