good day felas,

im looking at upgrading my dell inspiron8200 to and apple i book thing,

firstly i need to find a good deal on an apple laptop thats good for video making and photo editing,

secondly i need to sell my dell inspiron 8200,

its a dman good computer in good condition just wondering what its worth, 40gb memory pentium 4, cd/dvd writer floppy drive 15in moniotor i think? moint condition bla dee bla.

iBooks aren't made any more. I wouldn't get one. Get a Macbook, they're good and they're pretty well matched compared to similar pc laptops (plus they can run Windows as well as OS X. If you've ever used a Mac and you know you like them, then yes, they are good. If you've never used one I would try one because they are significantly different to PCs.

depends whether you want to spend 3 times as much money as you need to or not really

All macs are media orientate so your half way there buddy. They arent 3 times as expensive and they also work without you needing a frigging degee in computing. If your going to be on the go then a laptop is recommended but if not then I would say possibly another of the range of macs. Talk to us on msn when Im eventually on and we shall sort you out. Glad to see your making the right choice though ;)
