Shaun H
Did you have to ring to sort warranty? I've sent an email twice and had no reply yet... Don't know where the number is on the T-Pro but I'm pretty sure it's on the BB tube on my T-Rex. I'll double check that and my Limey halves tomorrow. Si-man
phone supercycles. youll have to send them your BB shell So you have to cut the bb shell out, send it and get a new frame out of it?
Mark W
Usually it seems, yeah. Cheaper than making you send the whole frame back.On most of the Onzas it's on the BB shell, and on the Zonas it's up near the headtube. Calling them up (0115 941 11 33) will give you a way faster reply than by e-mail as they can just get all the info they need from you instantly as opposed to having to get people to keep replying with info they need. AdamR28
It simply may not have one... Like Mark says, ring Onza and ask!
Jaffacakes
Take your bash guard off and it will be on the bottom right of your BB shell. If you still cant find it post a pic
