David
Just keep riding round without the bolt in and it should work itself loose in time.

Hobnobs
Put a wedge between crank and bb, and give it some proper pasty!

AdamR28
Boil a kettle of water, pour that over the BB end of the crank arm, then smack it from the back with a mallet - always works Adam

downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Tried that 3 time's....hasnt made any difference. oooooooh, be very careful!I was in this posisition... and ended up ripping my bottom bracket out of the threads... lolErm.. what i done was get 2 big crow bars, and stick the lever end between BB and crank, then pushed (asif you were trying to take crank arm off... duh!) then mine flew off.And then i put it back on for some reason, and to take it off again... thats when i stripped the BB threads... and had to glue the BB into frame... lolErm...Angle grind it off only way you will get it off Edited September 1, 2006 by terror-error
AdamR28
Tried that 3 time's....hasnt made any difference. You're not hitting it hard enough Try a hammer instead - the shock is the main thing that'll get it off.

dave33
you need to hit the crank on the side where the green lines are on all 3 lines, in line with the tapper of the bb, just keep hitting it there and it will come off
Si-man
Cut the arm down to the bb, wedge screwdriver in gap and pry open
