Fishy
Hey guys. I've been running maxxis high rollers since i've had my bike, (about 2 months) And the tyres are looking quite bald now, Wondering which type of tyres are best for street. Preferablely some that don't pinch easy, but role nicely with lots of grip.Have had a look at the dmr lot of tyres, what do you guys think? Luke Rainbird
Yeah, been running Moto Diggers on mine for a year or so now, lovely.Only problems being they are fairly tight on the rim (I'm running Tioga DHs) and they have a fairly thin/soft sidewall which is a bit annoyingI'd definately run them again though, when these wear down eventually... Are you thinking of the hookworms, they are the slick ones. The schwalbe's look good, very light weight 500g ish I am thinking of one them for the front and the soft compound arrow launch on the back. This is for a winter set of tires!talbetop info here
Steve-A
I've used schwalbe racing ralfs, they are nice and lgith, with big volume, but they tear easyily, and dont grip very well especially in wet etc.Best tyres I've used, as others have said are Tioga comp X in 2.
