Does any body know if theres any bike maintenece courses in southend or any near if not does any body have any links that they could spare thanks dan.

there are some cycle maintenance guides that are very helpful available in halfords. As for fixing things go the best advice is to take your time and think logically, bikes arn't too difficult

I had a look at courses while back - I was getting hacked off with sitting in an office all day and figured it'd be a nice job to fix bikes for people. I can't remember where any of the courses were but I do remember them being really b*****d expensive and not all that interesting looking - there also seemed to be a lot of specific courses for specific makes and models of parts, all of which cost extra.

Basically it seemed worth doing if you're planning on setting up as a repair shop but if you want to fix your own bike you're better off figuring it out for yourself. like the man says, it aint all that complicated.

Also an idea could be to have a search on this site before you attempt to do a job as you will probably find some hints and tips. If you cant find anything from your search just ask and im sure someone can help you
