poopipe
You'll get used to it eventually, the riding position will be a lot different from your pashley so it'll take a while for you to get used to it. that's probably where the neck/shoulder/hand stuff is coming from.If it doesn't go away after a few more tries then think about tilting your bars back or forwards a bit - you'd be surprised how much difference it can make to how comfortable the bike is. I'll certainly take a ride out to play with it once my leg works again but it could be a while
26inch
being new school geometry compared to the pashley it will feel wierd, worse for street stuff like spins but better for pure trials, you'll get used to it although the pashley is clearly better

poopipe
If it's an unsealed rear hub it may just be the cones coming loose that causes the clunking - grab hold of the frame, lift the back up and try to wiggle the wheel from side to side - if it wiggles, your cones are probably loose - you just need to pop the wheel out and tighten the innermost nuts (they'll be cone shaped-ish but you won't be able to see the pointy end) up a bit till the axle stops shifting sideways but still lets the wheel spin freely. the front end i don't know about - my disk brake has never gone wrong ... poopipe
get a lid, seriously - or don't and learn to enjoy concussions or a fractured skull My knee got twisted pretty badly when I rather foolishly hung my back wheel up on the top of a miniramp on thursday. The nice lady at the hospital reckoned its unlikely I've got any serious ligament damage but I can barely walk and wont be even commuting by bike for a few days yet - anything more interesting than that will take a while longer. Your best bet with the bike noises is to try and isolate the problems then post a new thread on here for help once you've narrowed it down to a specific component.
