stiffnips
Hey there, i have managed to double thread the threads inside the BB cup, but not badly. Which tool would i need to Re-thread it? It has only cross threaded the first 1-2 threads would still not be wise to just screw a new BB into it? (obviously not wanting the BB to pissup)Help please Cheers, Nick

stiffnips
Ok thanks, what is the actual name for it so i can search about for one?Or you could do me one better and give me a link to where to buy one? Thanks for your help, Nick
bob87
The one that Danny posted you can get from www.tartybikes.co.ukThe one i put up you can get that from www.parktool.comI'd suggest going for the one from Tarty as it is probably cheaper and it wouldn't take long to get to you.Why dont you try your local bike shop first instead of buying one, they should have the tool in shop and it would only take them a couple of minutes to sort it out for you. I will try a local bike shop though thanks for the help mate.
IOLO
cheapest one you can buy is roughly £140if you want u can send the frame to me and i will do it for a £5-10but you will ahve to pay postage too.so i would try your local bike shops, they may have one, and will sort it out for £5good luck. I may take you up on that if not ill send it into tart, i really don't want to have to send my frame anywhere because i don't want to risk not having it back and built in time for a ride i'm looking forward to.
