Much worse than I was hoping to get, but it's my own fault really cause I didn't take things as seriously as I should've, with hindsight.

I got into college anywho, so that's fine by me.

Which then poses the question is it really worth going to a place like that?

Presumably full of slackers doing pointless subjects like media studies and travel and tourism who are just there to get their EMA? And another question, if you dont do well enough to get into a decent college is there any point doing a levels?

If i dont get into my schools 6th form i probably wont be going to college (Almost certainly seeing as I havent applied...), I will probably work for a year or two then join the RAF, or give being a concert pianist a shot.

i dont know you but you appear to be a dick of course there is a point studying at low entry colleges you still get the same end result and maybe you would be around other people that aren't that bothered but does that stop you from working, no i don't think it does. so why don't you f**k off with your snobbery, god dam i hate you and your kind. tell me where you live so i can come round and burn it to the ground

Please remember those of you going up to AS-levels you'll need to actually put in quite a bit of effort. GCSEs for me were quite easy and I got all Bs and an A in physics (favourite subject :geek: ) with the bare minimum in revision (could've got As all round but I'm a lazy f**ker).

Now I'm in VI form, doing maths(so so hard), physics, chemistry and economics, I'm having to work much harder. I've ended up with Ds and a B in the subject I'm dropping (economics). But luckily I got some good grades in earlier exams/coursework so after a couple of retakes I'll be back up to Cs/Bs all round. I'll be working like a slave for the first 3/4 months though...

So when you go back after this mahoooooooooosive break, work to a decent standard and it'll pay 10x over. Don't take free periods for granted!

Sound advice, worth a a million times it's weight in gold. (Y)

Yes, yes it does. Expectation of failure is one of the biggest causes of failure.

And i'm not trying to be a snob, im giving my honest opinions. If you dont like it, fine,

but theres no need for infantile threats.

Shit the bed, 2 years since I picked my results up.

Cant remember what I got, but I remember a friend of mine, thick as shit. We collected our results and I bumped into him and said 'What results did you get then?' and he said;

'Put it this way, I can spell DUDE with it'

I almost shit myself laughing, still laugh about it now. I've not seen him since then and he thought it was funny at the time...wonder if he still does as he's litter picking around town centres...maybe?
